OK...another rousing installment of your favorite internet questionaire, "GingerTrivia"... As usual, all Q and A's are up for discussion as to their accuracy... and, as a new 'twist', I will post the answers in the comments for this post...so, DON'T OPEN THE COMMENTS UNTIL YOU WANT THE ANSWERS! I actually 'moved' the answers from the previous trivia posts into the comment areas - mainly because it was getting a bit 'unwieldy' in the corner down there...
Here we go...good luck!!! JW

ReplyDeleteThanks for the post, Jwalker, Now a know a few more things about her.
Glad you enjoyed it, Maria! This one seems to be a toughie, after looking over it again... if I didn't 'have the answers', I probably would fare the same as you! But hopefully it is a way to gain a few more facts about VKM, in a somewhat entertaining manner...
ReplyDeleteJW
I knew 7, which is better than last ime! xx
ReplyDelete...not bad, Beth! Glad you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteBTW, hope all is well!!! Saw your room work over on FG...looks great! I'm sure there will be many new Gingerologists cropping up as a result of your efforts at school!
We have been plugging along in GingerLand... probably the biggest development is that there have been a few more 'seeds' sown on 'G'...sure you have checked it out, but there are only a few more left...the usual suspacts are still MIA (missing in action)... I am pretty jazzed, as you can check out my list on the right... it's close!!!
And, there are a lot of new Gingerologists starting up blogs! ALL of them are really doing well, with some killer pics! Of course, we ALL have 'Finding Ginger' to thank for the inspiration!!! :-)
Thanks again for the kind words...hopefully the trivia is of interest to folks... I have learned quite a bit researching!
JWalker aka VKMfan aka PG Giza... :-)
Okay got number 3, got number 4 because of the milk bottle, and GUESS WHAT-- I GOT NUMBER TWO. Want to know how on earth I did that, Huey? I bet you do! ;)

PS See everyone, I said I was crappy with trivia! :P Don't ask me to play Scene It?.
Well, don't feel bad... I look at this and think I would know NONE of there before going and hunting down the stuff... but I try to make it a bit more 'in depth' for folks around here... heck, we've got Jeopardy Players in our midst! :-)
ReplyDeleteSometimes conversations yield nuggets of information which have unforeseen value in future endeavors... :-)
And, the 'Scene It' deal is cool! My little girl received one for LAST Christmas, and, believe it or not, we JUST NOW got it out to play... it is a Disney one, so she obviously kicked our tails in it, since she knew all the 'new' stuff... I knew some of the older ones, so if she and I were a team, it would be a good one!
Hey, what about a Ginger 'Scene it?' man, that would RULE!!!
I think there just needs to be decades of cinema Scene It?
ReplyDeleteThey have an 80s one, but I want a 30s one and a 40s one. Of course it wouldn't be that popular because most of the primary sources who would know the facts are dead...
Maybe we can create one! After I create my computer thermometer and line of energy efficient cars.
Lauren
Realistically, the 'decade' version would be about as close as they will get... and they probably will go back as far as the 60's, tops... maybe make it a 'before the 60's version, which is better than nothing, I suppose... when I was growing up in the 70's, everything was about the 50's...Happy Days, etc.... now, in the 00's (or whatever one is supposed to call them...), everything is the 80's... so, in theory, by the time we get into the 20's, everything will be about the 00's ('naughts?')
ReplyDeleteComputer thermometer? Hey, that's not bad... I guess... I've heard of worse things that were successful!!!
...But I think there a few folks that have the jump on you about the energy efficient cars... :-)
"Computer thermometer?"
ReplyDeleteYEAH! It will tell you if your computer has a virus, or worm. I know computers have software for that, but this is so cute! It will be like a novelty of the technological age!!
"But I think there a few folks that have the jump on you about the energy efficient cars"
Oh but they don't have my brand name nor the kind of fuel I will use. Neither have appeared.
Lauren
oh, like a 'well or sick' type thing...yeah, that would be cool!
ReplyDeleteI thought you were talking about something to actually record the internal temp of the machine to make sure it wasn't overheating... guess the engineer in me comes out at times... :-)
...if you could build a car that runs on Kudzu, you would be a billionare... that stuff is EVERYWHERE around here! you have probably not seen it, but here is a wiki to it...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kudzu
...as for the car brand name, how 'bout the Carlotta? :-)
AHAHAHA! I already have a brand name, and what I want the fuel to be.
